How to buy & download
From choosing a design to stitching it — in five steps.
1. Find your design
Use the shop search or filters. Filter by hoop size to see only designs that fit your machine, and by format to match the file type your machine reads.
2. Check the details
On the product page, check the sizes, stitch count, number of colours and included formats. Every listed size comes in the same download.
3. Add to cart and pay
Add one or more designs to your cart and check out with card, PayPal or Shop Pay. Have a discount code or gift card? Enter it at checkout. You don't need an account.
4. Download your files
As soon as payment is confirmed, the download button appears on your confirmation page. We also email you a private download link. With an account, all purchases stay in Account → Downloads.
5. Unzip and stitch
Unzip the download, copy the file for your machine's format to a USB stick or your machine's app, and stitch. New to ZIP files? Follow our unzip guide.
